of regional, national and international banking and finance matters
and corporate and other transactions across the full spectrum of
industries. We are well positioned to provide strategic,
business-oriented legal advice on a range of complex banking,

existing strength of our team by adding an associate with strong
experience in banking, project finance, and other secured lending.

confidence to take initiative;
demonstrated business acumen and a strong commercial
understanding; and
strong personal and professional integrity and a hard-working and
passionate approach.
While not required, bilingualism is viewed as an asset.
