Deliver outstanding events to
our major clients
We have a new opportunity for a
creative events professional to join our national Event Marketing
team. This is a hands-on role with a
focus on all aspects of client events across the firm. The contract
is open to being filled immediately and will run until 20 December
2024.
In this role you will plan and
execute national events and projects that contribute to our
sophisticated events roadmap. We are looking for an experienced
events manager who can hit the ground running and take
responsibility for large events and webinars. The role would suit an
organised, professional and dynamic individual who wishes to be part
of a supportive, high-performing team.
Reporting to the National Senior
Events Manager, you will have an interesting and varied workload and
you will:
Be an integral member of a
collaborative and supportive team, where you'll manage the
successful delivery of client and major staff events from
conception to completion
Be empowered to personally plan
and deliver face-to-face and online events, with a focus on
developing impressive and memorable client experiences
Work with colleagues to deliver
high-quality whole-of-firm and key client events
Contribute to a sophisticated
events marketing roadmap that includes projects aimed at growing
individual key client relationships, employing modern technology,
and ensuring major activities deliver a return on investment
Work closely with our digital
marketing, communications, and creative services professionals to
deliver innovative multi-channel campaigns that maximise audience engagement
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience
working in an events role within a professional services
environment, planning, delivering and reporting on face-to-face
and virtual events
Experience using marketing
technology solutions, such as webinar platforms (On24, Zoom and
Microsoft Teams); email marketing automation platforms (Eloqua
preferred); and CRM or client contact databases
Experience in liaising with
external suppliers and delivering events within budget and time constraints
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills with effective stakeholder engagement and
influencing skills
Excellent attention to detail, a
logical thinker, and able to follow complex processes
Ability to multi-task work in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
