Deliver outstanding content to
our clients and people
We have a new opportunity for a
graphic design and content publishing professional to join our
national Communications & Stakeholder Engagement team. This is a
contract position that will run through until the 20th of December.
Based in Sydney, this is a
hands-on role with a focus on graphic design, multimedia, and
digital content publishing, particularly on internal channels. High
quality candidates in Melbourne or Brisbane will also be considered.
In this role you will plan and
execute a range of creative and content tasks, the output of which
will engage, delight and inform our most important clients and
people. The role would suit an organised, professional and dynamic
individual who wishes to be part of a supportive, high-performing
team.
Reporting to the Digital &
Design Manager in Sydney, you will have an interesting and varied
workload and you will:
Be an integral member of a
collaborative and supportive team, where you'll work on the
successful delivery of graphic, multimedia and written content
that engages our audiences
Work under an experienced
graphic designer to project manage large and small jobs,
developing creative work yourself or directing an offshore service
centre to assist with routine tasks
Assist with multimedia tasks
such as occasional simple video shooting and editing and managing
our freelance photographers for events and other profiling
Work with our head of internal
communications to publish graphic and written content on our
intranet and other internal comms channels, to engage and inspire
our people
Work closely with our external
digital marketing, communications and event marketing
professionals to deliver innovative multi-channel campaigns that
maximise audience engagement
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' professional
experience working in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products,
namely Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro. A strong
ability to apply visual brand rules and to oversee brand standards
and logo use.
Experience using digital content
publishing platforms, such as Sharepoint, to publish accurate and
engaging content. Exposure to publishing content on an external
website CMS, social media channels, webinar platforms (On24, Zoom
and Microsoft Teams), or via an email marketing automation
platform (Eloqua preferred) will be looked on favourably
Experience in liaising with
external suppliers such as videographers and photographers within
budget and time constraints
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills with effective stakeholder engagement and
influencing skills
Excellent attention to detail, a
logical thinker, and able to follow complex processes
Ability to multi-task work in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
