Description

Our Australian dispute resolution practice is best known for our work in complex litigation, class actions, public inquiries and regulatory investigations. Our strength is bringing together multi-disciplinary teams to comprehensively support the needs of our global client base, both here in Australia and overseas.

Our clients include financial institutions, consumer market brands, infrastructure & construction companies, , technology & innovation leaders and government agencies. This team regularly advises on class actions, regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings, corporate and shareholder disputes and other commercial disputes involving contracts, torts and misleading and deceptive conduct.

The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE to join our busy litigation team, based in Sydney. Offering a unique blend of work, exposure to market leading partners and award winning training and opportunities for career progression. Working across a number of partners you will gain experience working in both federal and state jurisdictions and have responsibility for pleading and evidence preparation, developing litigation and regulatory strategy, briefing barristers including pre-eminent senior counsel, and working directly with clients.

You will be joining a large and collegiate team and will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the firm in Australia and globally.

Requirements

  • 4+ years PQE
  • A strong desire to work on complex, high profile litigation
  • Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills
