for a variety of pre-eminent organizations and financial institutions.
Our practice includes tax planning and advice regarding private and

development as well as access to a large tax team in Canada and
throughout the world.
The ideal candidates will possess an LL.B or JD degree and will also have:
the requisite number of post-call years of experience (as outlined above);
private practice or in-house experience, including assisting on
transactional matters, corporate tax planning, reorganizations and financings;
strong academic standings;
exceptional client service, interpersonal and communication
skills, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn
and take initiative; and
demonstrated commercial acumen and a pragmatic, business focused outlook.
