The role
Our Learning & Development team are at the forefront of
supporting and enabling the learning and ongoing development of our
people and clients. We create and deliver training and learning
sessions ranging from our International Academies, professional skills
and leadership development skills, wellbeing, diversity &
inclusion initiatives, bespoke client training, to supporting the
induction and development of our early talent. We have developed
flexible learning formats to support the evolution of the workplace,
including traditional in-person learning, virtual training and webinar
presentations, and on-demand e-learning and video content.
We have an opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator
to join the team in Sydney. This is an exciting and unique opportunity
to join a team that presents genuine potential for career advancement
and significant development opportunities. As a valued member of the
team, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of
activities for the delivery of our global and national L&D
programs. You may already be working in this capacity, or are an
experienced administrative professional with a keen interest in
developing your career in the learning & development space.
Responsibilities
Co-ordinate and manage activities for the delivery of global and
national L&D programs, including
Planning and scheduling of L&D sessions and training events
Liaising with delegates and internal/external presenters
Overseeing program administration via the firms off-shore
Global Support Centre
Take ownership of L&D processes including the management of
our learning management system; monitoring of attendance rates and
our education assistance program.
Conduct routine and ad hoc reporting, record keeping, filing &
expense management
Provide project support to the wider Learning & Development
team as required
Requirements
Experience gained in an administrative/coordinator capacity within
a professional services firm (desirable, not essential).
Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Suite, Microsoft
PowerPoint essential.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in L&D or related discipline (desirable)
