Due to the volume of different projects arising across the Restructuring and Real Estate practice groups in Perth, we are on the look-out for an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join the firm for a 12-month fixed term on a part time/three day per week basis. The role will include, but is not limited to, managing high volumes of settlements, day to day conveyancing work and buyer/mortgagee deeds of covenant. PEXA and conveyancing experience (particularly distressed sale experience) highly desirable.
