Play an integral role in our national specialist bids team!

Join our dynamic bids team setting a new standard of excellence for pursuits and bid content management. The team is responsible for bid qualification, bid project management, content creation and management, pitch coaching, working with our finance team on pricing, as well as launching best-in-class bid automation software. This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic team as we continue to build a world class bid enablement function.

Reporting to the Bid Manager, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the Bid Managers to produce high quality content and design outcomes.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the use of a new bid automation platform, including working with relevant stakeholders and training relevant teams.
  • Work with the Content Executive to maintain and update the content library and bid guides.
  • Assist with training of fee earners and practice assistants on bid enablement templates and resources.
  • Assist with opportunity capture, reporting and maintenance of bid content when required.
  • To manage the legal directories process and support the business in preparing submissions.

Requirements

  • Previous bid / proposals experience, preferably in a B2B services firm.
  • Strong writing, editing and communications skills.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and multi-task to tight timeframes.
  • Highest standard of quality - an eye for design, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to highest quality results.
  • Highly developed skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) and experience in SharePoint desirable.
