The role

We currently have an opportunity for a Change and Transformation Manager to join the National People & Development team in our Sydney office 4 days per week. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role is part of the collaborative national People & Development team and will partner with key stakeholders to design and deliver on organisational change management and transformation initiatives, culture and feedback programs and provide related internal consulting services within the firm on key programs and projects. The role has a substantial amount of stakeholder engagement, providing feedback and supporting leaders and teams to improve internal programs and initiatives.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;

Responsibilities

  • Lead the employee experience and culture projects and support other significant change initiatives aligned with the firm's strategic goals.
  • Design & execute a broad range of firm surveys including the bi-annual culture and engagement survey.
  • Support/lead work re-design projects and steer new process developments to ensure the mitigation of psychosocial hazards.
  • Collaborate with the DEI & wellbeing team, L&D team and HR Operations to align transformation efforts with cultural goals and identify new opportunities for impact.
  • Establish and maintain the NRFA organisational change management strategy and framework; design and implement change management practices, processes and tools.
  • Support the Chief People Officer with leadership evaluation, including assessing results and delivering feedback.

Requirements

  • Previous organisational development, change and transformation experience in a law or professional services firm or corporate environment.
  • Experience developing and implementing change management strategies, frameworks and action plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management in complex professional services or similar environments across seniority levels.
  • The capability to develop strong partnerships across the business based on credibility, influence and subject matter expertise.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent discipline.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential.
