The Team

The Norton Rose Fulbright Dispute Resolution Group advises many of the world’s largest entities on complex, high-value and sensitive multi-jurisdictional disputes.

The Corporate Disputes and Investigations practice in London is a core part of the wider team. This practice is a major growth area for the firm, covering disputes relating to:

  • Corporate and commercial issues
  • Banking and finance Business ethics and anti-corruption
  • Fraud and asset tracing

The Role

You will be a member of the Corporate Disputes and Investigations practice in London, working closely with experienced partners and associates predominantly on complex commercial and corporate disputes (both litigation and arbitration),including those relating to M&A, joint venture, shareholder and company law disputes.

Skills and Experience Required

  • You will have at least 2 years PQE experience in commercial dispute resolution gained from a leading law firm.
  • Ideally you will also have experience relating to company law and practice and of working with transactional teams.
  • Knowledge of the relationship with foreign jurisdictions, their investigation and trial processes and/or regulatory framework, would be an advantage.
  • An excellent academic background and a commitment to develop technical.
  • A strong and demonstrable capacity for client care.
