This is a unique opportunity in Sydney or Melbourne for an experienced Events Executive looking to deliver face-to-face and virtual events that create high quality and memorable experiences for clients and prospects. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract that is full time, although part time may be considered.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:


  • As part of a national Events team, you will own the end-to-end event planning and execution process for face-to-face events, from setting appropriate goals, KPIs and budgets, to project managing event execution
  • Work with Partners and Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team members to organise and deliver webinars across single or multiple offices. Produce webinars on a range of platforms, manage digital communications for invitations and reminders, assist presenters with rehearsals and liaise with external speakers
  • Produce event reports and provide them to relevant stakeholders
  • Work with Partners and/or MBD team members to co-ordinate support for local sponsorships, as well as manage relationships with external event agencies, suppliers and venues.
  • Work with those in secretarial roles and train them to provide event support


  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent client service
  • Strong previous experience planning, delivering and reporting on face-to-face and virtual events
  • Experience using a range of marketing technology solutions, such as major webinar platforms (ON24, Zoom and Microsoft Teams); email marketing (marketing automation platform Eloqua preferred); and CRM (InterAction preferred)
  • Confident communication skills - both written and verbal - and the ability to deal with Partners and Executives at the highest level
  • Excellent attention to detail, a logical thinker, and able to follow complex processes
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Some experience in graphic design (using the Adobe Creative Cloud) and basic video editing will be looked upon favourably
