Growth in our practice and demand for our services has created an
opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join the Perth
team. The successful applicant will have solid experience working on
large-scale, complex local and cross-border transactions within the
oil and gas industry.
Responsibilities
Work across a range of cross border and domestic corporate
transactions within the oil and gas sector
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Draft a wide range of commercial documents
Provide mentoring and assistance to more junior team members
Assist with business development & marketing initiatives
Requirements
Strong Corporate transactions experience gained within a top tier,
large international, high end boutique or corporate practice
Demonstrated experience dealing with complex transactions within
the oil and gas industry
Exceptional client liaison skills
Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills
The capacity to work with substantial autonomy handling files and
managing day to day client relationships
The successful candidate will need to be an energetic, driven
and focused individual with exceptional academic achievements and a
capacity to deliver quality advice accurately and efficiently. At
