Our Real Estate practice group is recognised as one of the leading teams in Australia. We currently have an opportunity for an Associate with at least 3 years post qualification experience to join our Brisbane team. The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on infrastructure and property development projects
• Provide general commercial and contract advice to property sector clients
• Assist with complex commercial sale and acquisition agreements
• Provide high end advice on large commercial and industrial leasing transactions
• Assist with business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years PQE gained within a reputable property practice
• Experience working on development projects, leasing transactions and sale & acquisitions
• PEXA expertise is highly regarded
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
• Exceptional client liaison skills
