Our Real Estate practice group is
recognised as one of the leading teams in Australia. We currently
have an opportunity for an Associate with at least 3 years post
qualification experience to join our Brisbane team. The key
responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;
Responsibilities
Advise clients on infrastructure and property development projects
Provide general commercial and contract advice to property
sector clients
Assist with complex commercial sale
and acquisition agreements
Provide high end advice on large commercial and industrial
leasing transactions
Assist with business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years PQE gained within a reputable property practice
Experience working on development projects, leasing
transactions and sale & acquisitions
PEXA expertise is highly regarded
Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
Exceptional client liaison skills
