exciting portfolio of clients and work across several sectors but is
focussed largely on private and public M&A including private
equity/venture capital, technology/TMT, renewables, infrastructure,
retail and financial services. Some recent deals the team has worked

Who we are looking for

Your role in the team
All lawyers in the Melbourne Corporate
team work across a range of cross border and domestic M&A transactions.
As a senior lawyer you will:
liaise directly with clients and
proactively work to develop your own client & peer relationships;
assume a project management role on
small and significant matters;
co-ordinate work streams between
Partners and more junior lawyers; and
work for multiple Partners specialising
in all areas of corporate law including private M&A, private
equity/venture capital, ECM and public M&A.

have 4+ years PQE with experience in
