Our Real Estate practice group is recognised as one of the leading teams in Australia. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our market leading Brisbane team. With a key focus on residential and mixed use development work the key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on infrastructure and property development projects
• Provide general commercial and contract advice to property sector clients
• Assist with complex commercial sale and acquisition agreements
• Provide high end advice on large commercial and industrial leasing transactions
• Assist with business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years PQE gained within a reputable property practice
• Strong experience working on development projects
• PEXA expertise is highly regarded
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
• Exceptional client liaison skills
