Job Description

The team

Real estate is one of the principal strengths of Norton Rose Fulbright - founded on our reputation for effective, no-nonsense handling of high profile and complex transactions.

We are one of a small number of international firms who genuinely have the experience, skills and support necessary to deliver a high level of service across the board. Internationally, our real estate practice spans across Europe, the Middle East, Australia and the Far East. Throughout our network, our real estate specialists work closely with banking, restructuring, corporate, securitization, construction, environment and tax lawyers with a genuine understanding of the real estate market, both nationally and internationally. Our collective understanding allows us to bring to each transaction the best of the techniques in use in other jurisdictions, to the benefit of all our clients.

Our well-known regional team acts for a mixture of developers, investors, governments and financial institutions, hotel owners and operators, and serves clients of the wider Norton Rose Fulbright Group. The

team also provides support to other practice areas on real estate financing, corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, and project financing; experience of such transactions is therefore beneficial. The

team is currently working on transactions throughout the MENA region and is also expanding to cover more matters dealing with sustainability and ESG matters as these increase in importance for companies.
