Our Melbourne Real Estate team has a reputation for being inclusive,
collaborative and supportive. We currently have an opportunity for a
Conveyancing Paralegal to join the team.
As a valued member of the team, you will support 2 Partners and other
members of the team providing high quality Paralegal support primarily
focussed on leasing matters. Previous experience as Paralegal within a
law/professional services firm environment is ideal, and we
areinterested in someone looking to have a long term career as a
Paralegal. We are also looking for a candidate who has the ability to
collaborate as part of a team, confidently manage changing priorities
and interact well with clients and internal stakeholders. The key
responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:
Responsibilities
Draft correspondence to clients,
vendors, purchasers, solicitors and financial institutions
Draft conveyancing documents
Conduct title searches
Assist with conveyancing components of
commercial property transactions
Provide general assistance to the Real
Estate team as required
Requirements
Experience with conveyancing within a
private practice law firm is ideal
Previous experience with PEXA
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Exceptional client liaison skills
The ability to manage files autonomously and
undertake legal administration
The successful candidate will need to be a collaborative and
