We celebrate multiple approaches and points of view and believe diversity drives innovation, so we're building a culture where difference is valued. Our office is based right next to Tower Bridge and within striking distance of The City and although we are all working remotely currently, longer term we are proud to offer a hybrid working model retaining the best elements of remote and in-office working to create a culture of high performance though flexibility and encouraging a healthy work/life balance of working arrangements.

The Capital Markets and International Securities team at Norton Rose Fulbright enjoys a leading reputation and is looking for two mid-level associates to join the DCM team.

The team advises sovereign, quasi-sovereign and corporate issuers, investment banks, dealers, and trustees on the entire spectrum of cross-border debt capital markets transactions (including Shariah-compliant structures) in a broad range of transactions under English, New York and Canadian law, including high-yield, investment grade and sovereign debt (in both public and private transactions and in both programme and stand-alone form), exchangeable and convertible bonds, commercial paper programmes, exchange offers, tender offer and consent solicitations, as well as debt restructurings. The team's experience extends to debt issues under Canada's Multijurisdictional Disclosure System (adopted by the US SEC and Canadian securities regulatory authorities) and debt offerings registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

The team has a reputation for excellent client service, breadth and versatility and high competence. Its clients are across Europe, Asia and Africa and almost all of the transactions it advises on are cross-border.

There are eight partners in BT6, three of which specialise in debt capital markets. They are Peter Young (who heads the team), Peter Noble and Nikolai Mikhailov.
