The Banking and Finance team of our Toronto office has a long history advising a significant number of major banks, finance providers, credit agencies, corporate entities, and other participants in the national and global banking and finance arenas and we are looking to grow! We are currently seeking to add to the existing strength of our team by bringing in a mid-level associate with experience in the banking and finance space.

This presents an incredible opportunity to join a world-class group of professionals at an established Canadian law firm with an international legal practice, while working in a collegial and collaborative team that is both professionally and personally rewarding. As part of the Banking and Finance practice, the successful candidate will have broad exposure to corporate and commercial lending work, including bank financing, secured and unsecured transactions, financial restructurings, cross-border transactions, asset-based lending, acquisition and equipment financing, securitizations and project finance.
