A fantastic career development opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join Norton Rose Fulbright's leading Banking and Finance group in Sydney. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll gain exposure to a diverse mix of high quality banking and finance matters.

Norton Rose Fulbright's Sydney Banking and Finance group includes some of Australia's leading banking and finance lawyers. The team works on a variety of transactions ranging from property finance, acquisition finance, structured finance and project finance, to debt capital markets, securitisation, derivatives, asset and equipment financing, general corporate banking and financial restructuring. Clients include the major Australian, Asian, European and US banks and finance houses, ASX Top 100 corporates, investment banks, fund managers and professional trustees. The broader team works across a range of sectors including energy, infrastructure and natural resources, transport, technology and consumer markets. As part of the global Norton Rose Fulbright network, many of the transactions have cross-border elements, involving a high level of collaboration with Norton Rose Fulbright colleagues in North America, the UK, Europe and Asia.
