Norton Rose Fulbright's global competition team comprises more than 150 attorneys and is part of the "Global Competition Review Elite". We are one of the best competition teams in the world.
Our competition team in Brussels advises both international and German clients on the entire spectrum of antitrust, state aid and public procurement law. This includes cooperation between competitors, sales agreements, questions about the behaviour of dominant companies, administrative fines, claims for damages or, for example, support for transactions under merger control law before the Federal Cartel Office and the EU Commission. In addition, we support all aspects of the granting of subsidies and accompany subsidy providers, recipients and third parties in registration, complaint and court proceedings. Finally, we support our clients in the drafting, review and implementation of tendering procedures as well as in questions of commercial law.
