COMPLIANCE, INVESTIGATIONS & WHITE-COLLAR CRIME LAWYER

Our Amsterdam Regulatory, Compliance and Investigations team is looking for a lawyer who is admitted to the Dutch bar association with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

We do that by supporting our clients in managing their regulatory and compliance-related risks, handling corporate crises, addressing potential misconduct, and conducting internal investigations, as well as in dealing effectively with internal and external stakeholders. We provide our clients with a 'one-stop' international service to help navigate the legal, procedural, governance and reputational aspects of regulatory and compliance issues, investigations and litigation worldwide.

Skills and experience required

• 4-6 years of practical legal experience
• Expertise in Dutch criminal law
• Expertise in corporate white collar advisory (with special attention to economic sanctions, export control, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption and anti-fraud)
• Experience with criminal defence litigation
• Experience with advising in the financial sector (banks, insurance companies, investment houses)
• Experience with corporate compliance advising
• Experience with conducting internal investigations
