Description
SharePoint Solution Developer
As a SharePoint Solution Developer, you utilize your in-depth
technical knowledge of the Power Platform to solve complex business
problems. You will be primarily focused on leveraging your experience
to design and implement Power Platform solutions.
Day-to-day You Will
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop SharePoint Online, PowerBI, Power Automate,
and Power Apps applications.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, business analysts,
and solution architects to understand the functional and
non-functional requirements of the solution.
- Develop and execute multiple scope tests (Unit, System,
Integration, Regression).
- Facilitate and conduct code reviews before releasing the solution
in the production stage.
- Design high-level mock-ups and provide estimations.
- Recommend solutions by comparing the advantages and disadvantages
of different approaches.
- Works with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs, defines
the reporting requirements, designs the report, and writes the code
required to deliver the report.
- Write queries, analyze, visualize, model, and provide analytics on
data to build reporting solutions to support a variety of company initiatives.
- Create reporting solutions to enable management to analyze
information and improve decision-making suited for their level in
the organization.
- Perform the development and maintenance of ETL processes to meet
business needs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and
take appropriate action to remediate issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.

Your Technical Skills Include
- Development experience in SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps,
Power Automate, Forms, and PowerBI tools.
- Working experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps).
- Good understanding of business process automation and intelligence
using the MS Power Platform.
- Good understanding of Application lifecycle management, release
management, and following industry coding best practices.
- Working experience with command-line scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
- Strong analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Working experience in data analysis, preparation, and modeling.
- Knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and
requirement analysis.
Your Non-technical Skills Include
- Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to
customers, team leads, and team members
- Ability to multi-task and effectively support competing priorities
- Consulting experience working with internal or external clients is desired
- Responsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines
- Experience working with global teams
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Preferred Education Background: Bachelor's degree in business
systems or related field
Certifications
- PL-900 - Power platform fundamentals
Any of the following certifications are highly desirable.
- MB-230: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
- AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
Preferred Years of Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in
Power Platform. 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM.
