The Global Practice Group (GPG) Business Development Head is a [senior] member of the Verein Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team at Norton Rose Fulbright.

The GPG Business Development Head is responsible for supporting the Global Practice Leaders of the firm's Employment and Labour, Banking and Finance and Real Estate GPGs with the achievement of GPG business development objectives.

The GPG Business Development Head effectively acts as an account Head for the Employment and Labour, Banking and Finance and Real Estate GPG's marketing and business development activities.

Skills and Experience:

• Graduate calibre, preferably with demonstrable and/or professionally recognised marketing or communications qualification.
• Minimum 10 year experience working in a legal and/or professional services environment.
• Client-service mindset with ability to collaborate across multiple time zones and cultures
• Strong project management skills
• Confident in interpersonal and group communications with senior leaders
• Able to navigate a complex global firm to find answers and solutions
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong written, editorial and oral communication skillswith demonstrated experience writing compelling content for business communications, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Understands the need and has the ability to manage expectations.
• Sound working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
