Description
IT Project Manager
The Project Manager will lead projects and programs
that will interpret and implement management and operational
policies, and affect IT and business operations to a substantial
degree. Assignments will span all levels of duration, budget,
complexity, and risk.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage multiple, concurrent assigned projects and/or
programs, owning primary accountability for project delivery at
all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure

Assemble and build trusted relationships with
sponsors, the project team, and other key stakeholders
-
Establish consensus regarding scope and requirements
-
Define the project plan and schedule and monitor
for/manage key dependencies, resource conflicts, risks, and issues
-
Lead IT and business change management activities as
related to design reviews, change request approvals, and training
and communication plans
-
Supervise project team member and vendor partner
performance to ensure quality and timeliness
-
Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and follow up
proactively regarding pending tasks and decisions
-
Plan, lead and document meetings
-
Prepare and present executive-level project briefings
regarding recommended solutions and strategic direction
-
Maintain electronic project files and collaboration sites
-
Lead product/service due diligence research and evaluations
-
Ensure required non-disclosure, security assessments,
and contractual agreements are executed and filed
-
Convey US requirements for global initiatives and
ensure global requirements are considered for US initiatives,
where applicable
-
Develop and manage budgets and expenses for assigned projects/programs

Contribute to the further development and maturity of
the project delivery framework templates, processes, and tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
-
Five or more years of IT project management experience
-
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required,
including Microsoft Project and SharePoint
-
Intermediate to advanced skills with
audio/video/content collaboration tools
-
Advanced project planning and problem solving is required
-
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Must have strong attention to detail and superior
customer service skills
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
-
Must demonstrate consistent professionalism and
discretion while interacting with all levels of the organization
-
Flexibility in schedule to work or take calls and
meetings outside of regular business hours for global projects
-
Regional or international travel may be required as
defined by the needs of the project or department
