Norton Rose Fulbright Hong Kong is part of Norton Rose Fulbright, a global legal practice providing the world's pre-eminent corporations and financial institutions with a full business law service from offices across Europe, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Middle East.

We currentlyhave an opening for a Senior HR Advisor / an Assistant HR Manager position in our Hong Kong office.

Role or Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for a full spectrum of HR activities and initiatives including but not limited to the following:

• Recruitment activities, new employees on-board process and induction program
• Compensation and benefits administration e.g. monthly payroll, tax filing
• Maintenance of the HR Information system
• Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures
• Law Society related matters
• Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
• Provide support in other HR initiatives and other related ad hoc projects
• Liaise with North Asia and London offices on HR projects
  
  

Qualifications and Attributes

• Formal qualifications in human resources management or business related discipline
• Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in law firm (or service sector)
• Strong team player
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage a demanding workload and conflicting priorities;
• Proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information;
• Proven organisational skills
• proven ability to draft own correspondence;
• A pro-active and 'can-do' attitude towards existing working practices;
• Ability to keep calm under pressure
