Our Newcastle officeis currently recruiting for a Social Media & Marketing Executive. We are looking for a talented and ambitious social media & marketing executive to join our growing team in Newcastle. You will be responsible for digital content review and improvement across our website and email marketing, as well as the day-to-day management of our social media channels - including drafting impactful and engaging content, planning campaigns, creating reports and analyzing data to measure success. Additionally, you will also help promote the use of LinkedIn throughout the firm and help our lawyers use it as an effective marketing channel.

The ideal candidate should have must be able to demonstrate experience in developing creative content for digital marketing campaigns and an understanding of measuring audience engagement and impact across various platforms. Additionally you will have an excellent understanding of social media platforms in the business context - specifically LinkedIn and Instagram. To keep up with the pace of change and emerging technology we would expect the candidate to stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes.

In this role you will be required to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Your ability to think strategically about engaging various audiences, fulfilling project objectives whilst simultaneously being detail oriented is essential for success in this role.

The Role:

In addition to the above duties, you may be required from time-to-time to undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your line manager or director. This position requires someone who is highly organized individual with proven project management capabilities who is able to work both independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deadlines.
