With an office in Singapore since 1982, we are one of the longest established and largest international legal practices in the Singapore market. We are also one of the few international firms awarded a Qualifying Foreign Law Practice Licence who also have a Formal Law Alliance (with Ascendant Legal). These make us uniquely placed as a market leader, dedicated to the development of legal talent in Singapore.

With our strong reputation in Corporate, Banking and Finance and Dispute Resolution, our practice reflects Singapore's status as a regional base for international financial and commercial activities. We have extensive experience in advising on major project finance, PPP, privatisations, shipping and aviation matters. In addition, the strength of our dispute resolution practice reflects Singapore's role as a hub of investment-related international arbitration. The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) is one of the world's leading forums for dispute resolution, and our dispute resolution team has market-leading expertise in resolving matters through SIAC.

Our clients include financial institutions, airlines, shipping companies, infrastructure funds, energy companies, state-owned enterprises, and other major leading global and regional corporation.
