Our main areas of legal services are shown above. In addition, we advise in the areas of: communications, media and technology; international recovery; energy; insurance; private equity; structured finance and transport (aviation, shipping, rail).
All of our lawyers in Hong Kong have Asian experience and most are Hong Kong qualified. The Hong Kong team has the resources to lead and manage large, complex transactions and projects, both in the domestic market, mainland China and internationally.
In addition to Hong Kong, Norton Rose Group has offices in Shanghai,
Beijing, Bangkok, Singapore and Tokyo and an assoicate office in
Jakarta.

We are looking for high calibre recruits for the following roles:
Lawyers at Associate level in the following areas:
Corporate Finance (eg, equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate advisory)
Applicants should ideally be Hong Kong qualified and have Chinese language skills, but those who are non-Hong Kong qualified and/or do not have Chinese language skills will also be considered.
