Our Real Estate practice is recognised as one of the leading teams in Australia and demand for our services has created an opportunity for an Associate to join our team. Working alongside renowned Partner Michael McKee , this is a unique opportunity to work on market leading property transactions.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on infrastructure and property development projects
• Provide general commercial and contract advice to property sector clients
• Assist with complex commercial sale and acquisition agreements
• Provide high end advice on large commercial and industrial leasing transactions
• Assist with business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years PQE gained within a reputable property practice
• Experience working on development projects, leasing transactions and sale & acquisitions
• PEXA expertise is highly regarded
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
• Exceptional client liaison skills
