Description
We have an exciting new
opportunity for a Paralegal to join our highly regarded Private
Wealth team in either our Bristol or London office on a full time,
permanent basis.
The Practice
Osborne Clarke's Private Wealth
team covers all the areas that you might expect from private client
lawyers, such as wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, probate,
deputyship and family investment companies. However, working with
colleagues in Osborne Clarke's wider teams, the Private Wealth team
also helps form private investment funds, find the optimal structure
for a new business venture or investment and support family office arrangements.

offices, the growing Private wealth team is made up of:
3 partners
2 senior associates
2 associates
Key responsibilities
With supervision to assist with
the following tasks:
Preparation of Wills;
Preparation of Lasting Powers of
Attorney to include registration of EPAs and LPAs;
Estate Administration;
Trust Administration;
Deputyship and Court of Protection;
general administrative tasks and support.
Technical Skills and Experience
Previous experience of working as
a paralegal within a private client department is advantageous, but
this is not a pre-requisite.
In addition, you will:
Have the ability to remain calm
under pressure, demonstrating initiative and prioritisation skills;
Demonstrate attention to detail;
Be able to competently produce
and format letters and documents;
Be a competent user of various
computer packages, Outlook, Word, Excel;
Be a confident user of a
document management system such as iManage; and
Be able to work as part of a team.
