The role
We are looking for a talented Senior Associate with 5+ years of
post-qualified experience.
You will have opportunity to be involved in a mixed diet of work:
including private M&A, together with private equity. You will have
opportunity to develop deep sector expertise.
You will have a high degree of autonomy and client involvement; you
will be encouraged and supported in helping drive the business forward.
Knowledge, skills and experience
5 + years of PQE or equivalent relevant expertise.
Expertise in corporate work including private M&A, together
with private equity.
Delivers legal and commercial solutions, working collaboratively
with clients and colleagues to provide an outstanding client experience.
Takes responsibility for managing and developing strong
relationships with clients based on an understanding of their
business objectives.
Committed to business development to further grow the practice.
Identifies and shapes commercial opportunities encouraging others to participate.
Works efficiently and commercially and understands the importance
of financial hygiene. Shares their understanding with the team.
Adopts a commercial mindset when pricing, resourcing and using
technology to manage matters and understands the impact of this on profitability.
