Simmons Adaptive - Employment Counsel
Location: Remote initially and then Central London
Main purpose of the role:
To provide pragmatic advice and counsel on a very broad
range of employment law matters.
Other duties and responsibilities will include providing people
focused legal advice, developing and implementing new policies and
practices and managing all aspects of any employment litigation.
The workload is diverse and demanding due to the requirements of the
business, our client is looking for someone who is self-sufficient and
able to hit the ground running.
Applicants will ideally have between six – eight years’ post
qualification experience within the UK. In-house experience is a
Strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get
actively involved in marketing and business development.
Additional European languages, an advantage.
Ability to juggle multiple matters, prioritize work effectively
and provide timely solutions in a busy, fast – paced environment.
Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
Flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours on occasion
