The Role:

Our client is looking for interim Company Secretarial support, to start as soon as possible until November.

The successful candidate will provide high quality Company Secretarial support as well as undertake core Vice President responsibilities.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience in corporate and corporate governance matters
  • Experience with managing and developing relationships with key stake holders
  • Knowledge and experience with financial institutions
  • Motivated and self-starting – the ability to work autonomously
  • Quick thinking and detail driven
  • Pro-active and process driven
