Associate - Hedge Funds

Working alongside our international teams, this role presents an
opportunity to do cutting edge work for asset managers and financial
institutions, setting up hedge fund structures in a variety of
jurisdictions – both offshore and onshore – primarily in the Cayman
Islands. The candidate will advise on the structuring, establishment
and on-going operation of UCITS and AIFs availing of a variety of
structures and asset classes.
We are recruiting for an Associate to play an integral part of our
financial services team. The ideal candidate will be NQ to 3 years PQE
level with good exposure to hedge funds.

Applicants will ideally have between 0 and 3 years’ post
