As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported
by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a
client team with whom we would encourage you to engage on a regular
basis. You will have access to the firm's resources and know- how
and have the opportunity to be involved in training and development
at the Firm.
Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are keen to speak to Consultant Lawyers with
experience working on IBOR Projects. During the remediation phase of
LIBOR, Adaptive are expecting resourcing needs within this area,
therefore are keen to are keen to onboard consultants with this experience.
Person specification:
Qualified Lawyer with experience of working within large scale
regulatory change.
A mix of Private Practice and In House would be beneficial,
however experience solely in either will be considered.
Training from a top tier firm in either Banking, Structured
Finance, Derivatives or Financial Services Regulatory.
Upward of 2 PQE
Experience of either leading an IBOR / Regulatory change project
or working on a large scale repapering exercise.
Ability to work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively
as part of the wider team
