The Role
We have an exciting opportunity in our Human Resources team to
support the Partner Recruitment Manager in the recruitment of partners
(the most senior fee earners within the firm) across the network in
Europe, the Middle East and Asia. You'll be involved in providing
administrative assistance throughout the recruitment cycle from
beginning to end.
Your day to day activities will include:
•Liaising with agents regarding candidates and agreeing terms of
business •Arranging interviews and proactively seeking/providing
feedback •Keeping track of candidates approached and interviewed
by the firm •Document management - Co-ordinating with partners in
relation to collating key documents for meetings •Preparing offer
letters •Assisting with the processing of
invoices •Preparing bespoke inductions for individual
partners •Liaising with partners and HR managers in other
jurisdictions regarding partner onboarding and integration •Day
to day co-ordination of the pre-employment screening process, liaising
with our outsourced suppliers. •Administration of HR systems in
relation to prospective and new partner joiners •Updating and
maintaining spreadsheets containing pertinent information in relation
to partner hires
Person specification
•Educated to degree level or equivalent •Proficient IT skills in
Outlook, Microsoft word and Excel •Effective written and oral
communication skills with senior level people •Excellent
organisational skills with strong attention to
detail •Pro-active, can do approach, happy to work without 'micro
management' •Ability to manage and adapt to competing priorities.
•Recruitment experience would be useful but not essential
