Main Duties & Responsibilities
Working in a team of 2-3 people on a Project which involves
producing and administering compliance-like documents for a private
equity client.
Assisting in drafting compliance documents (checklists) which
summarise more complex legal documents for multiple closed-ended
private funds (Partnership agreements and side letters) into more
user/business-friendly, compliance-like documents
