Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working in a team of 2-3 people on a Project which involves producing and administering compliance-like documents for a private equity client.
  • Assisting in drafting compliance documents (checklists) which summarise more complex legal documents for multiple closed-ended private funds (Partnership agreements and side letters) into more user/business-friendly, compliance-like documents
  • Project management, file management, organising data, reporting, administering the compliance programme

Person specification

Education/experience

  • Law graduate with a first or upper second class degree or equivalent.
  • Previous paralegal experience or other relevant legal work experience (preferred)
  • Understanding of closed-ended private funds would be helpful but is not essential.
