Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is currently searching
for consultant lawyers who are available for a 6-month assignment,
who have experience of structured products and derivatives.
This role will cover structured credit
products (structured notes and repacks).
You will be a qualified lawyer with a strong
background in structured products and/or derivatives.
We expect this assignment to suit a lawyer
between 3-6 years qualified although welcome applications from
lawyers at all PQE levels.
You will have knowledge and familiarity with
derivatives, structured notes, repacks, CLOs, TRSs.
You have excellent academics with the
ability to juggle multiple matters, prioritise work effectively and
provide timely solutions in a busy, fast - paced environment.
You can work effectively as part of a
diverse and inclusive team and are commercially driven.
You are flexible with a willingness to work
additional hours on occasion as required.
