We are looking for a senior eDiscovery
professional to provide consultative and technical expertise in the
delivery of our eDiscovery Solutions services to Simmons & Simmons
lawyers and clients. You will help lead the London based project
management team and drive the development of innovative workflows and
processes to ensure we are utilising the right technology for the
What will you do:
To educate, consult with and advise lawyers and clients on project
scoping, data identification, collection, and processing, including
the use of early case assessment (ECA) strategies and workflows.
To educate, consult with and advise lawyers and clients on bespoke
document review strategies and workflows and to ensure that the most
innovative and efficient techniques are being used on every project.
To drive the firm's understanding and adoption of all types of
eDiscovery technology, especially conceptual analytics, and machine learning.
To develop an internal training programme for internal Simmons
users, and to provide training and product demonstrations to both
internal and external users.
To lead the project management team and ensure all tasks and
projects are being successfully managed and deadlines are met.
To work with the Head of eDiscovery to support the development and
implementation of the firm's eDiscovery strategy and best practices.
What we are looking for:

senior lawyers and clients, and who can present to large groups of people.

Minimum of 5 years eDiscovery project management & Relativity experience.
Law firm experience highly desired. Experience working at a
litigation support service provider, consultancy, or software
