As an Adaptive consultant, you will be
fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring
Partner and a client team with whom we would encourage you to engage

development at the Firm.
Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from
consultant lawyers with financial services regulatory experience who
are available for short or long term project roles.
This assignment will ask the consultant to
support on a variety of interesting and challenging regulatory projects.
Qualified lawyer with training from a
top tier law firm, with at least two years' post qualification experience
Experience working on LIBOR projects in
any capacity would be beneficial
An interest / experience working on ESG
related projects would be desirable
Previous FS regulatory experience from a
financial institution is highly desired
Excellent communications skills that
ensure proactivity and motivation to work within a busy team and
liaise with other departments and manage stakeholders closely
Quick thinking and detail driven
Proven experience dealing with large
