Description

We are currently recruiting a Junior Creative. As part of the creative team, this role will be to help deliver high quality creative (graphic, motion, photography and video) that helps Simmons & Simmons to stand out in the market and position itself as a leading adviser to its clients, stakeholders and future recruits.

This is an exciting opportunity for the marketing and communications team where we can bring fresh thinking and new ways of working. We launched our new brand in 2019 and this role will assist with the focus on growing and developing the brand to always be fit for the future.

This role requires an all-round creative who is interested in design, photography, video and animation. You will be willing to learn new skills and embrace new technology to deliver stunning and effective marketing and communication materials.

What will you do:

• Support the in-house designer, animator, and creative lead to deliver beautiful and engaging content.
• Assist in the creation of digital and print graphic design work
• Lead on smaller graphic design jobs using house style templates and guides
• Edit webinar and self-shot video content
• Support larger video shoots
• Manage small interview shoots
• Manage shoots and edit portraits and corporate photography in-house style
• Provide support to key stakeholders across the firm

What we are looking for:

• Provide a stand out and varied portfolio and reel
• An all-round junior creative that enjoys working in all aspects of content creation.
• A passion for all elements of design, animation, video, audio and photography.
• A strong eye for design and narrative structures.
• Degree or qualification in design studies is essential
• Professional corporate or freelance experience is desirable
• Adobe CS Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop
• Knowledge of either Final Cut Pro, Resolve or Premiere
• Basic knowledge of lighting, composition for video and photography
• Cinema 4D skills a plus but not essential
