syndicated lending, secured lending, project finance, trade finance,
asset finance and workouts and restructurings.
Our team works to ensure that banking transactions proceed quickly

structured lending and securities issues, enables us to put any
transaction into the right context and provide the services which are
appropriate to it.
The client base of the Banking team is predominately banks,
investment funds and high end borrower work, much of which is headline

working practices. Your work will actively support the Banking
partners in the development of our future working practice (including
on an international basis), and you will need to take responsibility
for the delivery of high-quality materials and information.
Please note this is a part time role. We would welcome any candidates
looking for a three day or four day week (the workload can be tailored
to fit either). Subject to current COVID restrictions permitting, you
will be expected to visit the Bristol or London office in person at
least twice a month.
