Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is currently searching
for a Private Banking Legal Consultant available for an interim assignment.
This role will cover all aspects of
banking law, including but not limited to;
Drafting and reviewing client facing and
third party documentation such as loan and security documents.
Liaising with the Private Banking
businesses, external counsel and other infrastructure functions
such as credit risk, credit operations and compliance.
Work collaboratively with members of the
Private Bank legal team, the Private Bank businesses and other
infrastructure functions to assist with the development of new
Provide input to new and existing
policies and procedures to ensure that any changes to processes
are within the permitted legal and regulatory framework.
You are a qualified Solicitor with
training from a top tier law firm.
You have significant post-qualification
experience working on a range of banking matters.
You may have in-house experience and
ideally a background working within financial institutions.
You can work autonomously but can also
collaborate effectively as part of the wider team, whilst working
in a remote capacity.
