Description
The role:
We have an exciting and rare opportunity in our Human Resources team
to support the Partner Resourcing Manager in the recruitment of
partners across our network in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
You'll be working for senior level stakeholders in managing the end to
end recruitment process for potential lateral hires.
We will consider candidates to work in either our Bristol or London office.
What will you do on a day to day basis:
Proactively move the recruitment process forward, maintaining
momentum, seeking/providing feedback in a timely manner, advising on
process and next steps;
Liaise with agents regarding candidates and agreeing terms of business
Manage the partner recruitment internal processes including those
relating to DD, conflicts, restrictive covenants, business plans,
partner assessment forms and adhering to timelines
Instruct agents on retained searches including agreeing the search
terms and fees
Advise on potential offer structures and preparing offer letters
Manage the onboarding, integration and induction process for all
partner hires
Report on key metrics in relation to partner hiring
Proactively look for improvement in our processes
What we are looking for:
Previous recruitment experience either 'in house' or within an agency
Strong IT skills in Outlook, Microsoft word and Excel
Effective written and oral communication skills with senior level people
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Pro-active, can do approach, always striving for excellence
Comfortable with working independently
Ability to manage and adapt to competing priorities
