Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are currently seeking an experienced technology contracts lawyer to join our client, a leading fintech, for a 6 month assignment. For the right candidate, there is strong potential to extend beyond the initial term or be made permanent.

Person specification:

• You are a qualified Solicitor with training from a top tier law firm.
• You have significant post-qualification experience advising on a range of technology, specifically SaaS and on-prem, matters as well as more general commercial matters.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written) is essential.
• You have previous experience in-house TMT experience is highly desirable.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
• You have excellent time management skills.
• You're a self-motivated team player, with a desire to develop strong relationships.
