Overview:
Our Corporate team operates across
the firm's network of offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Our clients encompass national and multinational corporations,
governments and regulatory bodies and many leading funds and
financial institutions. We combine our transactional
expertise with in-depth sector experience focusing on Asset Management
& Investment Funds, Financial Institutions, Life Sciences and TMT.
Our Corporate practice focuses on
the following core areas:
M&A, public and private
Private equity, asset management and
investment funds
Reorganisations and restructurings
Equity capital markets (including US Securities)
Corporate advisory
Regulatory and compliance
Corporate governance
The Role:
We are seeking to recruit a corporate associate to join the
well-established UK corporate practice. This would provide the
opportunity to work on high-value and often high-profile general
corporate transactions, frequently with an international element. You
will be afforded the opportunity to work across all the core areas of
the team, and a willingness to play a full role within the team is as
important as experience of any particular work type.
You will work with Partners and associates in both Bristol, London
and internationally, as part of a collegiate and supportive
international group.
Person Specification
Excellent academics;
You will ideally have between 4-8 post qualification experience;
Applicants should have trained and qualified with a leading firm;
Experience in and enthusiasm for complex, high value corporate transactions;
Flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours on occasion
as required.
