Do you have experience working in commercial design? Looking for a new design challenge in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a committed and creative individual to join our Design & Digital Marketing team as a Graphic Designer on a 0.6 FTE schedule.

Our Team

Design & Digital Marketing sit as part of our global Business Development & Marketing team, which includes over 90 colleagues working together to provide frontline business development support and advice at a practice, industry and office level.

Our Opportunity

You'll create a broad range of internal and external marketing materials and documents, proactively managing multiple design requests. We work mainly in InDesign, and we're focused on completing template-driven tasks, always ensuring consistency with brand and adhering to standard formats.

The role is offered on a 0.6 FTE arrangement, with working days of Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the strong preference. The role can be based at any of our regional offices in Birmingham, Leeds, or Manchester, with hybrid working arrangements available.

You

You'll be fully competent in all standard design and office tools, including Apple Mac and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as possessing a strong understanding of graphic design and the design process. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is motivated with a positive attitude. You'll have exceptional English language skills, both verbal and written, and will be educated to degree level in design, or have demonstrable relevant experience.

We need someone who is not only a talented graphic designer, but can build effective working relationships with people at all levels and learn what it's like to work for a high-profile, global law firm.

In addition to working the normal day, you'll also need to be flexible on occasion to work both early and late when required, to suit the requirements of the global client base.
