We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our New York office.
Responsibilities include:
Greet guests/clients, inform relevant personnel of their arrival,
in situations whether party is not in the office, inform appropriate
person or redirects the client/guest to someone who may be able to
assist. Maintain a log of clients/guests.
Answer telephone calls, routing the calls as quickly as possible
to the appropriate party. Record and deliver messages both
internally and externally.
Maintain log of office personnel whereabouts. Maintain conference
room schedules and arrange meetings. Maintain log of
incoming/outgoing courier packages.
Order food and preparing conference room with hot and cold
beverages, as well as setting up lunches.
We require a high school diploma or general education degree (GED);
two years of receptionist experience. The ideal candidate will have
prior knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone
lines, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong
organizational abilities and attention to detail and proficiency with
Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
The anticipated total compensation range offered for this role will
be between $46,000 to $55,000 and represents the firm's good faith and
reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation. Actual
compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not
limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, performance,
qualifications, degrees, and location, as well as the needs of the firm.
